The pronoun "we" is used a lot throughout this website, but in reality ZMG Creative is just one person, Jason Graham. During my professional career I have worked for, or with, companies such as Microsoft, AT&T, Alltel, & more. Now I am looking to focus all of my attention on working for you and your company.

Customer Service

Despite the title of Freelance Web Designer, I work under the premise that the number one service I provide is customer service. I've been a customer enough times to know that how I'm treated always trumps what I'm buying, and so it is vital that all my clients feel that they are being treated with the upmost respect, care, and class.

When you come to me to design your website, logo, mailer, or anything else, I'm going to gather a lot of information upfront to make sure I understand exactly what it is you are looking for. Then all throughout the design process I'll be following up with you to get feedback and verify everything is going to your expectations.

If at any time during the process you change your mind about something, even if its 3am the night before the deadline, you let me know and I will take care of it.

Money

ZMG Creative is a small business, so we understand the importance of working under a budget. Small businesses on limited budgets deserve quality work as much as the big corporations, and that is the reason I started doing this.

I don't post prices on the site because every single project is unique. Different circumstances and requirements each individual project has determines the cost. No matter how small your budget is, odds are I can find a way to work for you.

I take back what I said before, here is one price I am willing to list on my site, free. That is what it costs to call or email me. Even on the off chance that we discover that hiring me to design something for you just won't work, I'm going to be able to offer suggestions and advice for things that will be able to help you. Again, the main service I provide is customer service.

Design

A lot of web designers tend to create websites that show off their talents, rather than the clients product of service. I will design your site so it is memorable to your customers for what YOU offer, not what I offer.

I will happily offer suggestions and opinions based on my experience and expertise. But, at the end of the day this will be your website, which will represent you and your company, therefore it is important that the website reflects what you want.

I believe that the best websites are clean, simple, and usable, and that is what I specialize in. However what is right for some, or even most, is not going to be right for all. So no matter what kind of website design you are in need for, ZMG Creative will be glad to work for you.

Skills

While I eat, breath, & dream XHTML/CSS, all while camping out within Adobe's Creative Suite, there is always more to learn, and so every day I set out to learn just a little bit more...

I rank my skills on a 6 point system, however since there is always more to learn, I don't foresee ever scoring a full 6.
